Our Application Operations department is looking for a Solution Specialist to support various bank solutions. Join us in our journey to provide excellent application management services and to grow within international company servicing the entire company.
Responsibilities
Application Operation Support (mainly 2nd Level application support)
Communication with customers in the corporate environment
Support of Projects
Requirements
Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of Linux commands and shell scripting.
Experience with application servers(Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
Awareness of ITIL processes(Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Organization skills to fulfil requested tasks and responsibilities.
Eager to learn new technologies, teamplayer.
Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
Strong written and oral command of English.
