About the Role

As Solution Manager for the Insider Dealings application, you service all major Group entities and maintain the good standing of Group solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and service levels
Daily coordination with developers / analysts and Compliance Experts from across the group in a small team setting
Take application design decisions based on business requirements and make sure architecture standards and operational requirements are considered
Oversee requirement implementation and quality assurance both for operational and change initiatives
Advise in requirement definition and effort/duration estimates where required
Proactively analyze and optimizing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Good knowledge of web application architecture, Oracle databases and scripting
Experience in setting up application monitoring and providing second- or third-level support
Experience with ETL processes is a plus
You exhibit a "getting things done" attitude and have a high sense of commitment
You have an analytical mindset and are interested in the business value of your application
You feel comfortable communicating with IT- and business counterparts also in challenging situations
Familiarity with Securities, Corporate Banking or Compliance is a plus but certainly not a requirement
