About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MS SCCM & Intune Specialist to join our team of IT experts. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and operation of Microsoft SCCM and Intune co-managed environments as well as software management to ensure that the workplace systems of our 22,000 bank users are operated efficiently and securely.
Responsibilities
- Final operational responsibility for software management and deployment as well as managing the operational units in daily implementation (update and patch management)
- Design, development, setup and operation of software deployment systems in the Microsoft SCCM and Intune co-managed environment
- Coordination with related areas (security, network) to ensure successful workplace operation
- Modernization of the software parameter database
- Optimizing operations through scripting and automation
- Management of providers and partners to ensure stable and secure operation of our bank workplace systems throughout Austria
Requirements
- Successful planning, implementation and operation of Microsoft SCCM and Intune co-managed environments with more than 2,000 devices
- Architectural sovereignty over software configuration and deployment in environments with more than 2,000 devices
- Monitoring and operational optimization of such co-managed environments
- Experience in planning and implementing patch and policy management (Microsoft)
- Experience with the migration of 3rd party products to Microsoft software deployment mechanisms
- Operational cooperation with external service providers
- Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
- Work on site in Vienna 2 days per week
