About the Role
Our client is looking for skilled Tester (automation+manual) or Test Architect to dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development teams to design and implement effective testing processes.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required.
- Analyze test results and provide clear feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify and report software defects in a detailed and concise manner.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experienced in Java programming language
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and programming in C#
