It operates data centres, bank systems, POS terminals and HW (servers and PC) and is responsible for development, implementation, support and servicing of banking software and its operations in Central and Eastern Europe.
About the Role
The Service Management and Controls (SMC) department is responsible for designing and managing several IT Processes (ITIL) including core ones such as Change, Incident and Problem Management. We are seeking a ServiceNow enthusiast to support in integrating our processes within the ITSM ServiceNow suite. Our main goal is to provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a dynamic team which continuously develops, extends, and improves the ServiceNow ITSM platform
- The internal ITIL processes are being continually adapted to fit client’s needs. The successful candidate will be expected to understand new requirements and be able to implement them in the platform
- Proactively find ways to increase efficiencies and improve the usability of our ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Be passionate about self-service and automation technologies and continuously develop your expertise in these areas
- Together with a specialized IT Process team, work into implementing KPIs and metrics in dashboards that help us with meaningful insights
- Work in agile self-driven teams and support our culture that expects high levels of performance with a strong teamwork ethic
Requirements
- Formal IT education and/or relevant work experience
- Good knowledge with some of the following technologies: IT Service Management, JSON/REST, ServiceNow, JavaScript, Webservices, CMDB and Linux
- Good experience with ServiceNow management is a prerequisite
- You understand the IT landscape and have knowledge in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and way of working
- You have a good command of English
